Народный депутат от БЮТ Александр Сочка предлагает обязать заведения быстрого питания информировать потребителей о последствиях несбалансированного питания для их здоровья.

БЮТовский нардеп, уроженец Закарпатья, решил отвадить украинцев от фаст-фудов

Такая норма содержится в проекте закона "О профилактике заболеваний, вызванных употреблением высококалорийной пищи с низким содержанием полезных веществ", зарегистрированном сегодня в Верховной Раде членом фракции БЮТ Александром Сочкой, сообщили в его пресс-службе.

Также депутат предлагает разместить в заведениях быстрого питания стенды с информацией о здоровом питании, а также наносить на каждую упаковку с едой предупреждения о болезнях, вызванных несбалансированным питанием.

В случае одобрения Верховной Радой этого законопроекта такие предупреждения в обязательном порядке будут размещаться в рекламных роликах в электронных СМИ и будут занимать не менее 20% от площади (объема) всей рекламы.

В связи с ориентированием некоторых сетей быстрого питания на детскую и юношескую аудиторию, законом предлагается запретить рекламу заведений быстрого питания во время трансляции детских программ, размещение фаст-фудов и их рекламы возле учебных заведений, а также запретить реализовывать в заведениях быстрого питания товары, предназначенные для детей.

В пояснительной записке к законопроекту подчеркивается, что за последние годы в Украине наблюдается тенденция к значительному ухудшению состояния здоровья, особенно среди детей и молодежи.

Депутат отмечает, что, "по оценкам экспертов Всемирной организации здравоохранения, здоровье человека на 50% зависит от образа жизни, в том числе от питания почти на 30%".

В документе сказано, что продукция фаст-фудов переполнена жирами, калориями, сахаром, холестерином, диоксинами, консервантами и другими вредными для организма человека веществами.

"Вся эта смесь приправлена ароматизаторами, что создает иллюзию того, что потребитель употребляет натуральные и полезные продукты. Еда в заведениях быстрого питания является шедевром химической, но никоим образом не пищевой промышленности", - отмечает А.Сочка.

Депутат напоминает, что "нерациональное и несбалансированное питание является одним из важнейших факторов риска в возникновении сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, рака, разных форм диабета, остеопорозов, кариеса, ожирения, истощения и других патологических состояний".

В пояснительной записке отмечается, что принятие парламентом закона "О профилактике заболеваний, вызванных употреблением высококалорийной пищи с низким содержанием полезных веществ" позволит улучшить состояние здоровья граждан, уменьшить стремительный рост количества людей, страдающих избыточным весом (по данным государственной статистической отчетности за 2007 год, среди населения зарегистрировано 466 тыс. 992 человека, больных ожирением), а также обеспечит нормальный рост и развитие детей, будет способствовать профилактике заболеваний, продлению продолжительности жизни, повышению работоспособности и тому подобное.

В Верховной Раде ранее был зарегистрирован законопроект о внесении изменений в закон "О защите прав потребителей", автором которого также является народный депутат от БЮТ А.Сочка. В этом законопроекте, в частности, предусматривается кардинальное увеличение штрафов за нарушение прав потребителей, а также установление штрафных санкций за реализацию некачественных продуктов питания.
